What needed to happen was a major solution. This major solution turned out to be in the form of a buy out. Ken Goodrich became the new owner of Goettl, and he has made some major changes to the company which include getting rid of some employees in various positions and levels.
Goettl, being an air conditioning and heating company has to make sure that they do their job right. For one thing, if they mess up the project, then they will not only leave a customer dissatisfied, but they will also cost the customer a little more money simply because the air conditioner is not well matched to the home. There are plenty of homes of various sizes. Therefore, the air conditioning system has to be matched to the home. Otherwise, the home may not cool down as well. The customer will wind up with an extemely high energy bill.
Ken Goodrich has looked at the problem and decided that he will personally look over the work that is done. His new method of conducting business through Goettl is customer oriented. For one thing, many customers like to feel that they are valued. Among the ways they could do that is by making sure that they are followed up on. Workers can perform regular maintenance on the air conditioning units that they set up so that they can make sure that the customer has a unit that is working efficiently.
